Customized Cohorts

Customized training cohorts offer employers more personalized learning experiences tailored to the specific needs of a single company or a group of companies. Participating organizations can handpick employees to participate in the cohort, ensuring an experience that addresses their unique goals and challenges. This approach fosters deeper engagement and improves the likelihood that implementations of fair chance hiring practices will succeed.

Fair Chance Corporate Cohort

These eight-week experiential virtual training programs are designed for employers, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and other entities interested in engaging with the untapped pool of talent made up of people with records. Participants will get an introduction to fair chance hiring and then engage in a series of lessons that prepare them to craft implementation strategies tailored to their organizations’ requirements. Participants come away with plans that empower their organizations to promote inclusion and drive business excellence.
