Pathways to Tech Careers is a four-year initiative establishing and expanding accelerated training programs that prepare individuals for high-wage, high-demand careers in IT in New York City and the National Capital Region. Throughout the four years of the project, JFF is providing project management and oversight, along with technical assistance on project design, recruitment and retention strategies, and job placement activities. Key components of this project involve: recruitment, training, supportive services, and job placement activities. Participants will enroll in one of three training tracks customized for local market demand.
