This brief discusses the issues and solutions around ensuring all 12th graders are college and career ready, as well as state and federal policy recommendations and additional resources.
Experts from states, high schools and colleges, and national organizations testing new approaches, such as transition courses, report on and offered their perspectives on how to ensure that all 12th graders are college and career ready. The brief is based on highlights of a November 2013 briefing JFF and the Community College Research Center held in Washington, DC.
