Rework America Alliance

At a Glance

Advancing opportunities for millions of workers in low-wage roles to move into quality jobs.

An Alliance to Help People Move Into Better Jobs

The Rework America Alliance is a unique partnership of civil rights organizations, nonprofits, private sector employers, labor unions, educators, and others working to help millions of workers in low-wage roles move into better jobs that offer living wages and benefits, as well as stability, flexibility, autonomy, and economic advancement.

Through our committed network of partners, the Alliance is sharing resources and tools to advance skills-based hiring and workers who have built capabilities through experience but do not have a bachelor’s degree.

Our Work

The Alliance reaches workers by partnering with organizations nationwide that are already making a difference in the communities they serve. Together, we are developing and sharing resources that support the end-to-end process of connecting workers to quality jobs.
