To help improve this crucial part of our work, in an article posted on LinkedIn, Will Dorsey Eden, deputy director, JFF introduced Janice Omadeke, the founder and CEO of Mentor Method, an ETF@JFFLabs portfolio company, as JFF’s new innovation fellow. Supported in partnership with IBM, Omadeke will research high-impact strategies employers can leverage to increase the number of people who are underrepresented in corporations, including Black and Latinx people of all racial backgrounds.
