JFF CEO Maria Flynn in “How Are the Smartest Companies Using EdTech to Reskill Workers?”
JFF CEO Maria Flynn was one of a several leaders in the fields of technology and education that tech news website Protocol recently invited to answer this question: How are the smartest companies using education technologies to reskill workers?
“The future of work has arrived—sooner than many of us anticipated—and workers and businesses are being forced to adapt,” Flynn wrote in her response.
“The companies that will emerge from the COVID-19 crisis in strong positions are those that make investments in ‘future-proofing’ their workforce and provide their employees with upskilling opportunities to ensure they are resilient as the economy evolves,” she added.
She went on to describe how several of the major employers that are part of JFF’s Recover Stronger initiative are providing employees with training opportunities to ensure they have the skills that will be in demand as the economy evolves.
