JFF Senior Advisor Eric Seleznow was a guest on a recent episode of the Conference Board’s Sustaining Capitalism podcast to discuss the role that apprenticeships can play in addressing the dual talent and labor shortages that have emerged in the post-pandemic economic recovery.

Laying out the business case for apprenticeship, he noted that when the Obama administration studied the connection between skills and economic growth, it found that “apprenticeship hands down had better outcomes in any other job training activity funded by the federal government.”
