Analidia (“Ana”) Torres Blakely is a senior manager in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF. She works across JFF’s centers and practices to advance cross-sector stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives that unify economic development, human capital, and community development efforts to close equity gaps and ensure economic advancement.

Before joining JFF, Blakely worked within the education and workforce development units of intermediary organizations to grow resources and develop new programming to improve the capacity that business organizations have in measurably impacting education and workforce development outcomes within their regions.
