Brian Gonzalez is the executive in residence at the Center for Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work at JFFHe develops strategic initiatives and forms partnerships to support human-centered, AI-driven workforce transformation. 

His skills and areas of expertise include:

  • Program leadership and execution 
  • Human-centered AI strategy 

Before joining JFF, Gonzalez was the executive director of government partnerships and initiatives at Intel, where he established strategic alliances among government, academia, and industry to advance AI capabilities and improve workforce readiness. He led the launch of Intel Digital Readiness, a groundbreaking public-private partnership to expand access to technology and provide innovative curricula and practical AI skills, benefiting over 10 million individuals in more than 30 countries. Additionally, Gonzalez was honored as a HITEC 100, recognizing him as one of the most influential Hispanic technology leaders for his contributions to digital inclusion, workforce transformation, and equitable AI adoption.
