Carol Azeez is a senior manager in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF. She helps private sector employers center equitable economic advancement for workers, particularly those who face systemic barriers to advancement, with a current focus on worker voice and the Impact Employer Model.

Before joining JFF, Azeez was an Economic Empowerment Program Manager at the International Rescue Committee in Dallas, where she directed a diverse portfolio of workforce and financial inclusion programs.
