Caroline Soares is a director in Strategic Engagements at JFF.  She leads the strategy and build of a newly expanded Horizons platform experience powered by curated digital learning experiences and targeted live events to connect the Horizons community year-round.  

Her skills and areas of expertise include:

• Emerging technologies and digital transformation 

• Product strategy 

• Client experience strategies 

• Strategic program management 

Before joining JFF, Soares was associate vice president of client services for Emeritus, where she directed the client portfolio and led the program management team for custom learning solutions.
