Christina Dyous is a director in Research, Evaluation, and Analytics at JFF. She leads research and evaluation on topics that advance the Center for Justice & Economic Advancement’s impact agenda, including economic mobility, education and training models, fair chance hiring and employment, with a focus on people with histories of arrest, conviction, and incarceration. 

Her skills and areas of expertise include: 

  • Quantitative and qualitative research methods 
  • Program evaluation and performance measurement 
  • Survey development and analysis 
  • Project leadership, management, and execution 
  • Assessing outcomes for people with histories of arrest, conviction, and incarceration 

Before joining JFF, Dyous was program director for Impact Justice’s National Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Resource Center, where she directed a data and analytics team responsible for data collection and management, internal program evaluations, and strategic planning. 

Educational background:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia 
  • Master’s degree in forensic psychology, Castleton State College, Castleton, Vermont
