Devon Miner is a director in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF. He leads teams of experts who design and deliver innovative and impactful solutions for our clients, partners, and stakeholders, including state and local governments, employers, educational institutions, and philanthropies. He creates and implements strategies that advance equity, opportunity, and economic mobility for all. 

His skills and areas of expertise include:

• Career pathway development and mapping  
• Public workforce development systems 
• Asset mapping & population specific strategies 
• Network building  

Before joining JFF, Miner was a state network manager with National Skills Coalition where he provided technical assistance to state coalitions to develop and advance policies related to skill training and coalitions building.

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, University of California in Los Angeles 
• Master’s degree in education, University of Pennsylvania
