Fiana Barrow is a manager on the Development team at JFF. She serves as a critical point of coordination and operational support for JFF’s Development team, program staff, and executive leadership. 

Her skills and areas of expertise include: 

• Relationship building and stakeholder engagement 
• Funder reporting & outreach  
• Prospect management & research 
• Team management and operations 

Before joining JFF, Barrow was a prospect manager of major gifts for Vanderbilt University, where she analyzed a pool of $100K-$999K prospects for trends that aligned with different school descriptions of an ideal prospect and monitored pipeline prospects to increase prospect engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in retail and consumer sciences, University of Tennessee 
• Master’s degree in merchandising, Kansas State University
