Greg DeSantis

Associate Vice President
Greg DeSantis is an associate vice president in the Education practice at JFF. He designs and scales the next generation of JFF’s postsecondary education and training strategy.
His skills and areas of expertise include:
- Postsecondary education and its systems
- Equitable student success including pathways design
- Systems change and institutional redesign
- Strategic fundraising and grant application
- Student-centered enrollment management
Before joining JFF, DeSantis led Student Centered Consulting, working with organizations and states on projects that advance student success. Before that, he served for nearly fifteen years in the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system, in roles including the vice president for student success and academic initiatives, where he led the development of Guided Pathways while merging twelve community colleges into a single accredited institution.
