Heather Terenzio is a director in the Incubation practice at JFFLabs. She leads partnerships and entrepreneurial initiatives, overseeing all of the acceleration cohorts and supporting entrepreneurs offering workforce solutions to members of underrepresented communities to help create the workforce for the future.

Before joining JFF, Terenzio was founder and CEO of Techtonic, a Denver-based software developer recruiting agency and provider of onshore application development services. In 2016, she established Techtonic Apprenticeship, a work-based learning program offering training to anyone who wants to become a great software developer.
