Jennifer Anderson is the chief people officer at JFF. She works to ensure that JFF attracts, develops, and retains the talent we need to transform the U.S. workforce and education systems. She focuses on designing and implementing policies and programs that make JFF’s leaders and employees more effective, strengthening the organization’s culture in ways that prioritize learning, performance, and equity.
