Jennifer Stiddard is a senior director in the Policy & Advocacy unit at JFF. She helps advance JFF’s policy agenda by driving legislative and executive engagement, developing policy proposals, and strengthening JFF’s relationships with federal policymakers and key agencies.

Before joining JFF, Stiddard was a senior fellow at the National Skills Coalition where she helped develop and execute projects that support policy, research, and advocacy campaign strategies. Stiddard also previously served as a senior policy advisor for the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions where she was the lead staffer for workforce issues. She has also served as director of government relations for the Association of Community College Trustees.
