Lauren Pasquarella Daley is an associate vice president in the Employer Mobilization practice at JFF. She drives the strategy and implementation of projects fostering connection and conversation among JFF’s employer network, building an employer movement from awareness to action in creating equitable economic advancement and quality jobs.

Before joining JFF, Daley was vice president of women and the future of work for the nonprofit Catalyst, Inc., where she led and developed the organization-wide strategy, research, donor engagement, and corporate training agenda focused on building a more equitable future of work.
