Leah Eggers is a director in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF. She supports state and regional leaders in K-12, higher education, and workforce development in creating and implementing innovative education and career pathways models to ensure all people have access to quality preparation and support to succeed in a career path.

Before joining JFF, Eggers served as a director at Youth Guidance in Chicago where she led workforce development and postsecondary pathways programs for young adults.
