Mamadou Ndiaye is a director in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF. He works with communities nationwide to design, codify, implement, and scale Back on Track programs aimed at increasing the quality and quantity of pathways to postsecondary credential attainment and jobs for older youth who have left school without a credential or who have a credential but don’t have access to jobs that lead to economic advancement.

Before joining JFF, Ndiaye was a senior program manager at College Bound Dorchester, a nonprofit community-based organization in Boston.
