Melissa MacGregor is a director in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF. She provides thought leadership, strategic direction, and subject matter expertise to projects linked to JFF’s Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning.

Before joining JFF, MacGregor served as director of workforce initiatives with Harper College in Illinois. In this role, she developed relationships with employers, championed apprenticeship programs, and managed federal grants.
