Research Analyst
Nesly Peña is a research analyst in the Research, Evaluation & Analytics unit at JFF. She supports research and evaluation workstreams focused on workforce development and education to promote equitable and inclusive systems.
Her skills and areas of expertise include:
- Research design and program evaluation
- Mixed-methods analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
- Survey development and analysis
- Immigrant workforce and education integration
Before joining JFF, Peña was a fellow and consultant at World Education Services (WES), where she contributed to projects promoting the inclusion of internationally trained immigrants in the United States and Canada.

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Universidad Surcolombiana, Neiva, Colombia
- Master’s degree in public and social policy, Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain
