Ronesha Jones is a senior manager in Solutions Design & Deliver at JFF. She provides technical assistance and develops tools and publications to support cross-sector stakeholders in implementing dual enrollment and career pathways. 

 Her skills and areas of expertise include: 

• College and career pathways, including work-based learning, dual enrollment, and secondary and postsecondary alignment 
• Cross-sector partnerships 

Before joining JFF, Jones worked as an evaluation coordinator at Uncornered Boston where she led the internal aspects of research and evaluation, focusing on staff and students to improve programming.
