Tanya Ladha is a senior director in the Center for Racial Economic Equity at JFF. She leads the expansion and management of the Center for Racial Economic Equity Network, working to coordinate racial equity efforts across sectors and design and scale new approaches. 

Her skills and areas of expertise include:

• Equity-first approach (organizational equity leadership experience) 
• Program development
• Recognized thought-leader on financial inclusion and equity 

Before joining JFF, Ladha worked with a network of employers and financial technology innovators committed to equitably improving the financial lives of their workforce.
