Vinz Koller is vice president of the Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning at JFF. He champions initiatives that emphasize how states can leverage apprenticeships to enhance economic growth and expand accessible career pathways. 

His skills and areas of expertise include:

  • Equitable systems optimization 
  • Inclusive apprenticeship and career pathways  

Before joining JFF, Koller was senior strategist for capacity building at Social Policy Research Associates. His longstanding collaboration with the Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning and other partners has shaped his commitment to creating sustainable, inclusive career solutions across the United States. 

Educational background:  

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent in English and political science, University of Zurich, Switzerland 
  • Master’s degree in international policy studies, Middlebury Institute of International Studies, Monterey, California
