Vinz Koller is vice president of the Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning at JFF. He champions initiatives that emphasize how states can leverage apprenticeships to enhance economic growth and expand accessible career pathways.

Before joining JFF, Koller was senior strategist for capacity building at Social Policy Research Associates. His longstanding collaboration with the Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning and other partners has shaped his commitment to creating sustainable, inclusive career solutions across the United States.
Educational background:
- Bachelor’s degree equivalent in English and political science, University of Zurich, Switzerland
- Master’s degree in international policy studies, Middlebury Institute of International Studies, Monterey, California
