Walbec Group, a Waukesha, Wisconsin-based family of civil engineering, construction, and materials supply companies, has signed Jobs for the Future’s letter of commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in Registered Apprenticeship.

An announcement of the move on the Walbec website said, “By signing JFF’s DEIA Pledge, Walbec joins a community of local, state, and national employers and labor partners who support removing barriers and increasing access to high-quality Registered Apprenticeships.”

Joshua Johnson, director of JFF’s National Innovation Hub for DEIA in Registered Apprenticeship, attended the September 2022 signing ceremony.
